ART Shanghai 2014 will be held in Hongqiao New Town Central Park based on its advantage of location in Hongqiao Development Zone and its ecological natural environment. Carnival is introduced as the form of the exhibition into the life of the public. This is also the first time for achieving the conception of outdoor exhibition in Asia. Located in the triangle encircled by Yan’an Rd., Hongqiao Rd. and Yili Rd., New Town Central Park covers an area of 130,000 square meters and borders on professional art institutes such as Shanghai Oil Painting & Sculpture Institute and Liu Haisu Art Gallery with a large number of elite visitors from numerous top office buildings and most populated highgrade communities and villas in the downtown area of Shanghai in Gubei and the West Suburb in vicinity.

Apart from following its traditional exhibition method focusing on main parts, ART Shanghai Hong Qiao Arts Carnival will also take advantage of the unique geographic environment of the park and realize the art exhibition form characterized by its rich variety and edutainment integrating exhibition, entertainment, leisure and interaction.
