Hong Kong Photographic Culture Association was founded by 19 renowned photographers of different generations in Hong Kong with an aim to provide an exchange and sharing platform for creative ideas, technical knowledge and valuable experience in photography. Our objective is to foster the art and culture of photography in Hong Kong, and thereby promoting Hong Kong as a creative hub in Asia. To this end, we organize the Hong Kong International Photo Festival on a biennial basis, to engage the community in an array of exciting events throughout the territory.
