The Cat Street Gallery is pleased to debut David Yarrow’s stunning body of photography work Encounter, in Hong Kong.
On display will be a selection of fine art photography prints to coincide with the launch of his new book, Encounter; which features 87 monochrome images of wildlife and remote peoples from some of the harshest and most inaccessible landscapes on earth. With over 25,000 words of text running throughout the book, Yarrow not only conveys his passionate desire to create an extraordinary photograph, but also offers insight into the environmental and geo-political matters surrounding his subjects.
Yarrow’s first book, Nowhere (2007), a collection of images of some of the world’s remotest spots, sold out its limited print run.
