Contemporary artist TAKAMINE Tadasu, who has continually cast light on social issues employing his own experiences and body, will present a new video installation that lay bare human behavior and fragments of awareness in crisp, compelling video language. From August, Takamine will publicly display the process of building a house using sandbags, an exceedingly simple material. The house will be erected, together with volunteer members, relying on forms and processes that are unthinkable in terms of customary architectural concepts.
