Da-End is set to create it’s first cabinet de curiosités. The first edition of a series of collective and annual exhibitions that gathers the works of contemporary artists and ancient objects around the classic themes of a cabinet de curiosités: ‘artificialia, naturalia, exotica, scientifica’.
This year, fifteen or so artists and a few collectors will present their drawings, engravings, photographs, sculptures and taxidermies. Together they will recreate our microcosm. Over the course of our first year, we have found magnificent, disturbing and surprising works together with objects which force a questioning dialectic.
A collective exhibition of contemporary artists : Julien Salaud, Nicolas Darrot, Cendrine Rovini, Guillaume Soulatges, Nadia Agnolet, Satoshi Saïkusa, Matsui Fuyuko, Karine Jollet, Laëtitia Bourget, Philippe Charles, Yoshifumi Hayashi, I. Barbara, Michel Lauricella et Kaï Sumiko.
With the kind help of : Paul-Emmanuel Dubois, Alexandre Bernand, Pierre Bazalgues, Christophe de Fabry et Judith Schoffel and the Librairie Hérodote.
