Artist(s): Alice KOK
Date: 14 Oct - 24 Oct 2013

Alice Kok has been working in Art Education and as an exhibition curator over the past years. She is also an ardent learner of Buddhist philosophy. She has been travelling to Northern India and the Qinghai-Tibetan region, where became home to Alice’s exploration of Buddhism. This experience allowed her to deepen her understanding of the Tibetan people, their issues and their opinions. This exhibition will be showcasing Alice’s latest photographs, video and installation works. Through this exhibition, Alice proposes an exploration of the ‘emptiness’ of all material existence where independent essence has lost all meaning.
