Born in 1968, Monteruil-sur-Mer, France, Kowlaczuk was the Bronze medalist recipient of the French Artist Exhibition in 2001 and the Vermeil medalist of the Arras in 1995. He was the member of the French Artist from 1992 till 1994. Kowalczuk has forged a reputation through his urban landscapes and lively scenes. His paintings are veritable invitation to travel. From Macau to Hong Kong, and onto the burgeoning activities of New York City and its taxis, one is transported. In his career, this corresponds to the basics of his artistic reasoning, his introspection, his emptiness, and the foundation of all possibilities and origins, always bearing in mind our roots to avoid being lost. In his personal evolution, it signifies the birth of a style, lightness, a mood, the perception of personality which is asserting itself. The last coat to complete the painting is the varnish.
