Bernard Kowlaczuk

Born in 1968, Moneteruil-sur-Mer, France, Kowalczuk was the Bronze medalist of the French Artist Exhibition in 2001 and the Vermeil medalist of the Arras in 1995. He was the member of the French Artist from 1992 till 1994. Kowalczuk has forged a reputation through his urban landscapes and lively scenes. His paintings are veritable invitation to travel. From Macau to Hong Kong, and onto the burgeoning activities of New York City and its taxis, one is transported.

In his career, this corresponds to the basics of his artistic reasoning, his introspection, his emptiness, and the foundation of all possibilities and origins, always bearing in mind our roots to avoid being lost. In his personal evolution, it signifies the birth of a style, lightness, a mood, the perception of personality which is asserting itself. The last coat to complete the painting is the varnish.

Andre Vigud

Born on 30 November 1939 in Midelt au Maroc, France, Vigud debuted at the Galerie Much of Nantes in 1978 and held a number of solo exhibitions in small galleries in cities like Parthenay, Rennes, Nimes, la Rochelle and Tours throughout the 1980's. Towards the end of the 80s he expanded his radius and could call himself an international artist with exhibitions in Germany, Japan, New York, Dallas, Washington and Switzerland.

Vigud expresses himself in very simple and decorative styles. He uses limited color choices in his paintings. The motif is often just a woman or a flower. The reason is, however, almost abstract, like a tightly composed image with square shapes that are monochromatic in colour or have a weak pattern, similar to wallpaper. Vigud's paintings are in a style we often associate with French arts, where the weight is often more on the sophistication, the purity of the colours or the elegance of the design.

Olivier Suire Verley

Olivier Suire Verley was born on 2 October, 1951 in La Rochelle. He studied in La Rochelle, and then followed commercial drawing under Jean Abadie in Tours. In Paris, he worked on engraving with Pierre Gandon, Albert Decaris and Caillevaert Brun. Tending to surrealism, his themes were at that time dream-based, evocative of escape, travel and the sea. He illustrated texts by Clifford Simac and Assimov for Louis Pauwels. Then there began a long series of shows in France and abroad.

In 1982, he set off in a new direction, purifying and seeking out the essential, which led him to the discovery of colours. From then on, his themes changed: nature, still life, portraits and still the sea ñ the sea around the Ile de Re. He left Paris to live there and that is where he now lives and works.

All this has been punctuated with a great deal of travel to the United States in connection with shows, and to Italy (Rome and Venice), Morocco and Spain, all in the constant search for new lights.

Bonnec Brothers

For over twenty years ago, the internationally awarded BONNEC BROTHERS have displayed their works throughout the world — principally in Europe, the United States, and Japan. Major critics in the world of art have applauded the BROTHERS' works, from Robert Sabatier to the Times of Chicago. French icon Marcel Marceau once proclaimed; <You are poets! >. Maurice Rheims of the Academie Francaise even equates the BONNEC BROTHERS' works with the entire art of painting.

Each of their paintings reveals a tender world filled with childhood, dreams, emotion and spontaneity. Their work transports viewers to wonderful worlds of imagination and universes of delight. With a slightly mischievous eye, the Bonnec Brothers create a new and poetic reality, and their canvases represent windows to happiness, reminding us that life is joyful and beautiful.

The BONNEC BROTHERS are truly "PAINTERS OF HAPPINESS".

UNICEF Artists, the BONNEC BROTHERS have managed to contribute their talent to various philanthropic organizations.

In France, the BONNEC BROTHERS are on permanent display in the Musee de la Monaie de Paris, (French mint and treasury) in several other modern art museams. In Japan, corporations like Sony Music, NTT, Sumitomo and Department Stores like Mitsukoshi, Isetan, consistently commission the BROTHERS' work.

Claude Fauchere

Among the most celebrated of French artists, Claude Fauchere is considered a living, national artistic treasure by experts and the public alike. Along with other leading exponents of France's famous School of Paris, Fauchere bequeaths his unique view of romance and beauty of daily life in his native land to art lovers around the world. Born in Paris in 1936, Fauchere has the distinction of graduating from both the College des arts appliqués and the Ecole superieure nationale des metres d'arts. He has won a number of distinguished awards in France, including the Gold and Silver Medals of French artists, the Medal of the General Counsel of Seine-Saint-Denis, and the Medal of the City of Paris. Today, art critics, dealers, and experts on every continent share a unanimous opinion — Claude Fauchere is one of the world's most important contemporary artists.
