Hyo Seok Han, who draws a face using a chunk of meat, will hold a solo exhibition at Gallery Artside. With upgraded sensational series 'Unmasked exposing what lies beneath,' he will show new installation of levitating pigs in original size. Nursing mother pig with babies have overwhelming size and visual effect.
As helping his parents running the hog farm, the pig was his an expedient of life and an object of compassion. Also, various experiences in 20s brought integral depth of thought to the artist.
The artist wants to make a chance to the audience to look back their life as casing off a yoke of desire. His purpose will be extended to human body installation in the next exhibition.
