As a new media art festival of alternative video, NeMaf starts to successfully make the 10th leap. NeMaf was launched in 2000, as Indie video festival. NeMaf has been destorying the boundary between video and painting With creative energy and passionation of Hong Dae, the home of Indie culture.

We have been introducing new media art works with new imagination and new use. We Aim to find potential artists and support them in the belief that everyone can be new media artists . We are going to prepare for a good chance to have a better communication between artists and audiences actively.

‘ It has been 10 years after NeMaf was launced. There is no exception here. There is only passoinate love to destory the boundary betwwen genres’. NeMaf will look back on the past. Our purpose is to make people love have a better communication and love each other. Therefore, this year, our slogan is ‘10ve’

NeMaf becomes recognized as an international festival. In addition, NeMaf is in a position to become a symbol of new media arts.
