This year we noted a strong absence of clients throughout the summer months. In addition we realized that we had an abundance of framed prints that to our amazement totaled 150!  The result was a sale of these framed-prints at a discount from 20-40% on both the prints and their frames.  We opened the exhibition for our Tokyo clients on Saturday, and happily were able to place many of them to satisfied clients in Tokyo.

 However, we were also the recipients of myriad phone calls from local clients, and emails from clients abroad interested in the sale asking why we didn’t show those specific prints on our home page.  Small businesses are sometimes way behind in technology.  The Tolman Collection is among the guilty.

But, we are responsive!  During these busy days Tomoya has photographed each piece that is “on sale” for those in Tokyo too busy to be able to attend the sale. By visiting our home page it will be as if they had actually visited the gallery. Of course for those abroad the appeal may be lessened due to the matter of postage. 

To sum up: The pieces in our sale are custom-framed ones; the cash sale price will be offered on both the prints and their frames and will be discounted from 20% - 40%.  All artists are our regular outstanding ones.  Those living abroad should tell us where they are so that we can calculate the postage which they will be expected to pay.

As clients often forget, we are never open on Tuesdays, so our usual immediate response may be delayed until Wednesday.
