Nakazawa Shin'chi work has a large following all around the world; it resmbles no onw else's and its unique style and the small editions in which he releases his work makes him quite popular with our collectors. For this exhibition the artist is also releasing original pieces. This means that those of you who are fans of this exacting artist should make it a point to come early since our policy, unlike many other galleries, is to remove sold pieces as they are spoken for. In this way there is no chance that we will tell you things like: "Sorry, this piece is sold already," or Someone else is thinkig of this work." Soe Clients have opposed this policy and we have to remind them - gently, of course, - that we are not a museum, but a commerial gallery.
Nakazawa is the second artist of our portfolio "Hope - Aspirations in the Abstract."being exhibited this year, and his contribution to that portfolio will also be included in this exbition. For those who are interested in knowing to what state Japanese graphic art has developed by 2012 these nine prints will provide an answer.
