Leung Mee Ping has had an international career since graduating from L'Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts, Paris, France and obtaining her MFA from California Institute of the Arts, USA. Based on the perception of daily life, her work uses a wide range of media including videos, sculpture and site-specific installations. She received the Hong Kong Contemporary Art Biennial Award in 2002. She has participated in various group shows worldwide and her works have been collected by prestigious art institutions, as well as various private collections.
