Fantasy Skies

It is my passion to express ideas onto canvas; to never be content with the repeating of combinations; trying out and experimenting with different media; discovering new ways to translate different themes and ideas.
The themes of my paintings are always related to women and flowers. I like placing new elements onto the canvas; it is like injecting new life into the painting. I also enjoy the process that involves using an incidental idea in my mind, which gradually becomes an integral part of the real and touchable painting.
This new collection of works entitled, "Fantasy Skies" gives me much room for imagination. The background flowers merge and fade subtly into the background; the abstract lines become gradually becoming clear; defining and forming the silhouettes of the female forms. Painting is like the process of opening one door and another again; what you will see behind each door is more capacious than before. All of the inspirations come from nature, the sensitive lines, transparency and dots of colour make the painting look vivid; moreover, it allows me to work with more freedom and imagination. It helps me to break free from the former durance; adding more depth and layers to my paintings.
Every woman in my painting demonstrates my obsession in the quest towards beauty. They only exist in my inner imagination. There is no heaviness in my paintings, only passion, and an aspiration towards an aesthetic combination of qualities that fulfils the senses.
"Fantasy" represents a kind of wish and prayer; "Skies" represents nature, tolerance and a higher spiritual calling; there is still so much imagination in my heart, and with the coming of time it will continue to unfold through my works.
