Gitone is evolved from Ditone Fine Arts started in 1995. Its scope of operation is threefold. It serves as a gallery for art display and sale. Primarily it carries its own art collection and the art works of Mr. Terence Lee, renowned Hong Kong painter and ceramic artist. As an art workshop it provides comprehensive painting and ceramics classes for adults and children. In the evening it provides exquisite cuisine for private fine dining.

Relocated to the Soho East area in March 2008, it progresses to reach out and extend to a wider public. The elegantly decorated new premises on the waterfront opposite a park provides an ecellent setting and congenial environment for enjoyment of art and dining.
