Shigeki Yoshida was born in 1963. After studying at Wako University, Shigeki was awarded a fellowship by the Japanese government and moved to New York in 1997. Since then, he lives and works in New York. 

Taking photos of daily sceneries in monochrome, the artist depicts landscape as the abstract world beyond a physical distance. In this exhibition, 3 different series including his first exhibition series 'Heart Beat Project' will be on view.
