In Gallery LiNART’s artist Pınar Du Pre’s exhibition called "Snapshot", comprising of the works of portrait and landscape themes, she questions in a fun way the lives being lived with great seriousness on the 3rd planet of a medium sized solar system, in the Orion arm of the Milky Way Galaxy with the size of 100 billion light years.
Defining her style as “Pop-Art” referring to the greatest artistic influences that she experienced, in the works of her "Snapshot" exhibition, she expresses the temper tantrum of people in the traffic, their masquerade and fancy lives, in short, the human nature, in other words, the race in the consumerist society.
Standing out with the colours, style, technique she used, and naming her technique "Media Fusion”, Pınar Du Pre describes her works as "progressive and modern", although inspired by the great creative artists of the Art Deco period while creating her works. Digital arts that the artist uses in her works reflects the virtuality of our perception, at the same time classical art tools such as acrylic, foil and epoxy reflects the created and the tangible side our reality.
