Gallery LiNART is hosting Serkan Küçüközcü’s exhibition entitled “In the Middle of Nowhere”, which he reflected on his works a quiet and surreal journey distilled from his own imagination.

Serkan Küçüközcü, in his works in the "In the Middle of Nowhere", creates contemporary, current and also a fairy tale like world, a life, a landscape and a frame that is only possible in dreams and imagination. Surprising us by using the ordinary objects in his works with extraordinary dimensions, Küçüközcü impressively reflects the unconscious state of sleep during the waking stage on his works, with an emphasis on the relationship between ordinary and extraordinary. In his works in the "In the Middle of Nowhere", the artist uses the images of ordinary objects in a surreal, surprising, and imaginary environment by removing them from their natural environment. Küçüközcü aims to try to figure out the outside of the logic and to create a new perception of the world of phenomena by freeing the traditional visual habits causing shocks and surprises from the mysteries of the visible world.
