The global warming is not only a part of social problems, but a part of our daily’s life as well. It also is the key element to a better understanding of how the world has changed.
Yuree Kensaku, an outstanding young Thai-Japanese artist, is excited to present her brand new exhibition “Sweet with Mr. Fan”. The exhibition reflects on her recent experience with an unavoidable change in the environment.
Yuree said, “My recent experience may not seem to matter compared to those who are affected by unfortunate events. However, these seemingly-normal experiences could indicate a bigger picture of what is going on in the world. News from TVs, documentaries from DVDs, and books provide us with information about these natural disasters such as drought, fire spread, tornadoes, and floods. These unpredictable weathers are awfully frightening and it could happen to all of us soon."
The drawing on various objects and the use of vivid colours are often employed to create a hidden message. Her signature of quirkiness never disappoints anyone.
