In Collective Asia, 17 established and ermerging artists will showcase a diverse body of works at the Asian Contemporary Art Fair, at Luxe Art Museum, Singapore. The works will cover wide aspects of contemporary art - abstract, realism, figurative, still life, surreal and historical, and ultilising a board spectrum of medium such as acrylic, oils, watercolour, Chinese ink , charcoal, batik and natural handmade colours. The strength of this collective lies not only in the diversity in style and genre, but also in the richness of the content in depicting what matters most from social and cultural issues to simple things in life.
Featured artists: Alec Tan, Chew Sumei, Idris Ali, Jeff Wandly, Sujak Rahman, Sunar Sugiyou, Tumadi Patri, Achmad Tem, Arifin, Huda Fauzan, I Ketut Tawa, N Kojin, Putu Bonuz, Suklu, Deusa Blumke, Naz Kaya, and Valerie Ng.
**The show will be concurrently at Maya Gallery until 8th April 2013.
