Daniel Turner is a Brooklyn-based artist known for using industrial materials, ranging from kerosene to charcoal, in his practice. The series of works entitled '5150' displayed in the north gallery use the process of encasing bitumen emulsion paint between two sheets of transparent vinyl to create 'paintings' that never solidify and therefore appear to be in perpetual motion.
