YY Gallery is pleased to present a two-man exhibition ‘Water & Sky’ featuring archival photographic images by Tony Price and Norman de Brackinghe.

Both photographers are fascinated by the nature of light. Tony’s work is concerned with the play of light on water, inspired by David Hockney’s paintings of the mid 1960’s. Norman, watchful of the evening light as it fades into night, has depicted the sky like a painter would as one huge canvas.

Whilst these images may be regarded as studies in abstraction and minimalism, they also represent a refreshing and relaxing step away from the boisterous city in which we live.
