Have you ever imagined that your office or home can be turned into your personal Playground?
“Even though we work and live in a familiar environment everyday, we don’t ever consider ourselves belonging to these spaces. Repeatedly dissociating from such an inescapable reality, why don’t we just let our bodies follow to the soul and indulge ourselves into this fictional playground?”
YY9 Gallery is pleased to present a joint painting exhibition by Beverley Cheng and Fan Yun Wa themed “My Playground”. In this series of painting, both artists used simple lines, colors, movements and facial expressions to present a number of facetious narratives. Capturing the happy moments of life, each piece of work is believed to inspire the audience to stay positive and aggressive in everyday life.
