Norman de Brackinghe is from a family steeped in the Graphic Arts. As the director of an international publishing company in Hong Kong, he was involved in both the technical and aesthetic interpretation of printed images. His paintings are landscapes but his photography is inspired by abstraction. He has lived in Hong Kong since 1976. During this time he has produced regular solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group exhibitions. He remains active in furthering artistic endeavour and good design in Hong Kong.
