1839 Contemporary Gallery hold an exhibition “Everyone is A Mirror of Mine” photographs by Zhang Bojun who is from Heilongjiang, China.  Within this project, Mr. Zhang spent over seven years to complete it. In the past 7 years Mr. Zhang has involved wandering the streets and taking pictures of people as they pass by.  He has observed their bodies and the tired expression on their faces, wondered all the time wondering where they were going to or where they had come from. Everyone Mr. Zhang encountered as he took all these photographs is a mirror of himself. He saw all of us when he looked in the mirror. That is reason he named this project as “WE” and the theme as “US”.
