The 17th Microwave Festival presents Terra 0, the unoccupied land to show the artistic creation and outer space exploration share many of the same desires and philosophical aspirations from participating artists and scholars from 10 different countries. With series of exhibitions, conference, workshops and screening sessions, the festival will become a virgin territory, which explores and reveals the unlimited possibilities of blending technology and art.
