Chen Ruo Bing Minimalism
Artist(s): CHEN Ruo Bing
Date: 11 May - 30 Jun 2013

Youngeun Museum of Contemporary Art is having an exhibition by Chinese-German artist Chen Ruo Bing, 'Minimalism +', as a part of the special exhibition of foreign artists in 2013.

This exhibition would be a wonderful opportunity to experience unique and profound depth of colors and tones of Chen Ruo Bing, who establishes creative Color-Field Abstract Genre crossing between Asia and Europe. Harmonious colors on the canvas which transcend the mere beauty suggest various media and also provide lyrical contemplation spaces to audiences. Inherited the tradition of Gotthard Graubner, who is the master of European Minimalism Color-Field Abstract and an honorary professor at Dusseldorf University, Chen Ruo Bing presents his unique artistic value all over the Europe and Asia.
As the premier exhibition in Korea, it would be a special moment to enjoy the artist’s new major works.
