This exhibition showcases Ko’s representative works during 2003 and 2011. Her works on display are of four themes: trap, migration, growth, and proliferation. Each of them reflects her concerns about the natural environments, such as the ocean with which Kaohsiung is closely connected and the natural spaces where different lives call home. Ko finds inspirations from the mysteries of lives, conceptions of lives, and dangers that threaten lives. By integrating ceramic art with digital image output and projection, Ko presents a unique perspective of art that combines observation and recording of nature.
