In the 20th century, some people respectively from the realms of modern art and poetry in Taiwan were closely associated with one another. Some of them were both artists and poets themselves. The mutual support and encouragement among them can be seen in their works, discourses, and even critical comments. This exhibition is a review of these connections. In addition, Li Chin-wen, a famous Taiwanese poet, has been especially invited to create poems based on the collections of the KMFA. The interesting and inspiring results of such combination of art and literature are also presented in the exhibition.
