Art Fair in Taiwan “ART KAOHSIUNG” was established in 2013. ART OSAKA organizes a fair exchange with Kaohsiung, striving exchanges between Osaka and Kaohsiung. Kaohsiung is the second largest city located in the southern part of Taiwan, where the indigenous culture still remains. We shall pay attention to unknown unique qualities of art and culture.
