LASALLE College of the Arts presents: And the Story Goes, an exhibition conducted by visiting artists, Etienne Clément and Heri Dono, during the academic year 2011 – 2012. 

Clément’s workshop saw the students creating decors in which figurines and objects acted out stories photographed in fictional universes. For his workshop Heri intended to share his experience with recycling materials. The junks and other materials gathered from Pulau Ubin were then re-worked according to the principle of found-objects. It is this process that the two teams are going to apply in the preparation of this exhibition. By bringing the works together new stories will emerge out of the existing elements, thus making the workshops an on-going process. And the story goes…
