Poïétique is developed by Paul Valery from 'poietike' by Aristotle, and it is a research on 'everything about production of work.' Poïétique is the study on creation and composition, a role of coincidence, a role of self-reflection, a role of imitation, and a role of refinement and environment, as well as examination and analysis on technology, skill, tool, resource, and means and basis of behavior. It means an importance of process, before a work is completed from an artist's idea. Drawing is the first step to visualize thought so that it is latent. Beomsoo Kim and Seokhee Jung show how their works started from their thoughts through drawings.
