To celebrate the year of the Rabbit, 2011, the National Museum of Korea is holding a thematic exhibition entitled "The Rabbit, an Animal of Wisdom" at the Path to History of the permanent exhibition hall.

This exhibition is designed to show the many fascinating images of the rabbit such as one of the Twelve Zodiac Animal Deities and a symbol of the spirit of the moon, appeared in the Korean cultural heritage. 16 items are on display.
