A ‘sphere’ is the form of the minimum unit of all matter, and shape of all the planets. In this exhibition the sphere symbolizes invisible energy, cycle, and eternity. A sphere also refers to an object that is round in shape like a ball used for sports and games. The simplest, definite symbol is a single object transcending ideology, class, nation, and religion. It is not by chance that the roar of guns stops in troubled regions like the Gaza Strip during the Olympic Games, and five rings in the Olympic flag are emblematic of harmony and peace among humankind. Likewise, a ‘sphere’ refers to bilateral harmony and healing among nations, races, neighbors, and others.
The ‘body’ refers to the human body. More than six billion people live on the earth, an enormous sphere. Activities for physical fitness and spiritual health are leisure activities and sports. This section, ‘body’, showcases the dynamism of the body and the beauty of its lines, reflecting modern and contemporary history of sports through figures. The section ‘landscape’ exudes enormous positive energy through scenes of such bodies congregated and crowd’s shouting. Viewers may appreciate a ‘landscape’ as a healing ground where many enjoy leisure and cure their bodies and minds.
