What's the difference between contemporary art works and ancient relics? What's the keynote to exhibit for two different works?
Artwork by Dabal Kim is started from making story by excavating the new past. First impression of work can be said as grotesque expression of animal, lots of drawings, and exhibition presentation in museum. He expressed nature(desert), civilization(machine), flowage and circulation symbolically though a body of animal and threw a question about it. His work has philosophy and energy inside. His experiences provide different energy with other artists; working as a curator in New York(2003-5), Director of international desert artproject in Mongolia and the U.S(2006-9), curator of Shanghai Expo(2010) and so on.
