This exhibition is a crafts exhibition taking place in five years in its kind since “Seoul Art Exhibition 2004”. And it is expected to offer the audience opportunity to review artistic changes and development of Korea’s recent crafts field in various angles. Based on the materials of crafts, the exhibition is composed of five sections of ceramics, metal crafts, lacquered woods, textile crafts and art glass, and sheds light to their individual materiality and practical, aesthetic value. On the other hand, artists’ inner message will make the audience to appreciate their agony and joy of creation behind each piece of art.
