In 2013, TOKYO FRONTLINE will renew its appearance and venue completely. Instead of holding an art fair in 3331 Arts Chiyoda, it will open as a new project in a new art space "TOLOT heuristic SHINONOME'. An art exhibition/fair called 'TRICK DIMENSION' will starte there from March 21st, 2013 for two months.

Daisuke Oba, a young painter with remarkable successes in and out of the country, takes a role as a curator of the show and has picked out 17 ememrging artists, The names are Mitsuo Kim, Nobuyuki Osaki, Yusuke Komuta, Yoichi Umetsu, Goro Murayama, Emi Otaguro, Shinji Omaki, Toru Matsushita, Keisuke Tada, Tomoki Furuhata, Oyama Enrico Isamu Letter, Toshiaki Hikosaka, Mitsuhiro Ikeda, Satoshi Ono, Takumi Sanuki, Yoriko Takabatake and Daisuke Oba himself.

Not only introducing young artists in Tokyo, TRICK DIMENSION will ambitiously give a challenge to new projects such as filming a documentary of the exhibition talks during the fair.
We will not be satisfied by just holding an art fair. We will keep proposing new ways to open up contemporary art scenes in Japan, especially after 3.11.
