The 12th edition of the Spiral Independent Creators Festival is an open-call format art festival held at Spiral, an arts and cultural multiplex in Aoyama. On display are works by 100 groups of artists working in a variety of genres and media. An Audience Prize chosen by visitor voting, Jury Prize, Grand Prize and other awards will be given out.
