G-tokyo is a unique exhibition-type art fair based on a clearly defined theme, making it different in terms of style from the conventional bazaar-type fairs. G-tokyo's focus is on quality not size. therefore it consists of only the 15 top galleries in Japan and provides an opportunity to enjoy the experience of viewing and purchasing high-quality artwork in the same place.
G-tokyo welcomes, as a special sponsor, the French haute-couture brand, Hermes, known for its deep appreciation of art and its abundant use of art in its maison.
G-tokyo is the place to find leading-edge artwork fostered by 15 of Japan's top galleries who are well acquainted with the international art market. A visit to G-tokyo will give you an idea of what is going on the art scene currently. Our aim is to create a special meeting place for people who have recently acquired an interest in art, experienced collectors, and art aficionados from around Asia and the rest of the world.
