This exhibition is an art activity to celebrate the 90th anniversary of the foundation of CPC. It has three features: the glary course and great achievements of CPC by epic painting pictures; the age works of Chinese art creation under guidance of literature and art of CPC; the academic characters of Chinese art in creations of important subjects with vivid themes and high artistry.

The 300 works of the exhibition include the works collected by National Art Museum of China with some collections from other famous museums and art institutions. The types of works include traditional Chinese paintings, oil painting, prints, sculptures, story pictures, New Year painting, etc which are the magnum opus of famous artists. Many of them are the classic works of Chinese art history in the 20th century, especially since the foundation of new China. The exhibition not only reflects the spirits of Chinese people of fighting, progress and advance under the leadership of CPC but also reviews the art creations in the subject of the history of the party for the first time. The exhibition is divided into three parts and eight phases in order to make the public strengthen the faith of “No CPC, No New China” by art works and experience the confidence and pride for the great development and achievements of socialism career with Chinese features since reform and open. The exhibition praises the achievement of CPC all over the world in promoting history progress and social development, flares the heroic glory of members of CPC with praises and tears, and builds the social and cultural atmosphere to celebrate the 90th Anniversary of the Foundation of CPC.
