Project Room Exhibition-Microwave International New Media Arts Festival 2013
Artist(s): GROUP SHOW
Date: 8 Nov - 18 Nov 2013

The Project Room exhibition titled: Looking at the Big Sky is a contemporary video art echo-exhibition between young artists from Germany and Hong Kong of how they look at the sky. The act of looking at the sky reveals individual state at certain time, space and perspective. However, in different time, space and location, the same act of looking up could be consequences of various sequences of fortunate or unfortunate events, and hence bring forward a very different set of psychological and emotional reverberations. The stories of participating artists are about their imaging and imagination of the “Big Sky” and sometime extended beyond personal histories and memories of the territory.

Opening hours: 12:00-8:00pm (Daily, but Closed on Tuesdays)

Curators: Renate Buschmann (Germany) & Ellen Pau (Hong Kong)
