Elaine Navas was born in the Philippines but resides and works in Singapore.  She holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, major in Painting from the University of the Philippines in Diliman. She was awarded Juror's Choice, Painting Category in the Art Association of the Philippines Annual Competition in 1994. Elaine has done plenty of solo exhibitions and has participated in numerous group shows locally. She is lives and paints in Singapore.
