The exhibition draws attention on forces and issues that are at stake within contemporary societies traversed by complex evolutions. Result of considerable research in different fields such as history, anthropology, mass media agrarian studies, and political sciences, these works, put forward and explore complexities faced in contemporary society.
This further culminates into a visual narrative, portraying processes such as domestication of plants and animals which further reflects upon, the dialectics of – civil/uncivil, developed/primitive, organic/inorganic, democratic/undemocratic, simplicity/complexity. The complete spectrum of works showcased here raise a pertinent question on the future of our civilization and its fertile capacity to overcome the present impotent rage it is caught in.
