Valentine Willie Fine Art marks its transition to VW Special Projects by hosting a special end of year exhibition featuring some of Southeast Asia’s most established and exciting artists from Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand and Singapore. Many have launched their first Malaysian shows with VWFA and all of them have gone on to become major players in the local and regional art world.

To Be Continued also pays tribute to sixteen memorable years in our gallery space, which at the end of December 2012 we are leaving to pursue our newest venture VW Special Projects, a series of offsite regional exhibitions in Malaysia and Singapore as well as projects with our sister galleries Jogja Contemporary and Manila Contemporary.

Across a variety of media from painting, drawing and photography the exhibition forms a constellation of some of the brightest stars in the regional art world that aims to celebrate our continuing commitment to Southeast Asian Contemporary Art as well as the beginning of a new chapter in the gallery's history.
