Jirapat takes on well known icons ranging from old masters’ paintings to stars in the entertainment industry such as Marilyn Monroe and American comic book superheroes like Spiderman and features them in a new, Thai context which are often seen interacting with traditional Thai heroes and mythical figures, most of whom are characters in the Ramakien (Ramayana) which is originated from the Indian epic Ramayana.  He blends a Pop Art style with Asian themes, by acrylic on canvas, to his subjects.

Jirapat has participated in several art exhibitions in Thailand, Korea (2003) and USA (NYC, 2006).  He also won awards in local art competitions.
