"le temps d’après" presents new work by Alexandre Maubert for his first solo exhibition at Mori Yu Gallery. This exhibition reflects the abundant nature of his working process. Composing the space with the use of several mediums, it’s a process of reenactment and interrogation on how to show the interstices, the invisible things that play with each mediums singularity. By emphasizing aesthetics, Maubert investigates the dynamics of landscape, including the manipulation of its effects and the limits of spectacle based on our assumptions of what landscape means to us. Rather than presenting a factual reality, a fiction is fabricated to conjure the realms of our imagination.
Tomoko Jindo presents a series of works following series Oxygen which she photographed in 2005.
