It is human nature to reach for the ideal, to try to obtain the ultimate and to be perfect. We go through the extremes, experience pain, and go insane to rid ourselves of our flaws and hide our defects. Is this what life is all about? In one way or another, more or less, and partially, yes.
Life is not perfect. The beauty of life comes from the existence of ugliness. One cannot be without the other but that is often forgotten, or rather, overlooked. For we try to obliterate all that is not in accordance to our aesthetic ideals.
That is why people are so peculiar; people try to do the impossible. People want a second chance in order to re-energize their soul and scrub out life's stains.
Rebirth is like a second chance. It is an opportunity to erase one's mistakes and to be a new, better, improved version of what they were before. However, it is unfortunate to say that every single person, no matter how great, will blow this chance at achieving such a virtue... but this does not mean that this second chance, this second life, is ruined. No. It is a reminder that life is not, and cannot be perfect, and, it is perfect this way.
