The Biennial Singapore International Photography Festival (SIPF) returns for its 3rd instalment on 5 October 2012. The month--‐long Festival is one of the most important photographic events in the region, attracting established photographers from around the world, discovering emerging talents and showcasing original, contemporary photographic artworks to the public. Highlights of the diverse programme include photography exhibitions, a showcase by the esteemed Magnum Photos and community activities held at various venues. This programme features two exhibitions at the same time namely “Theatre of silence & RecOllection” by Arturo Betancourt and Olivia Marty, and “Travelling to the outskirts & AFTER 12” by Cyrus Cornut and Kim Hak.
