During the blazing hot summer of 2008, international artist Gregory Burns and photographer Angie Tan Burns painted and photographed their way through Morocco. Based in Marrakech, the couple painted and photographed the life of the Medina and the desert Kasbahs.
Embarking on daily excursions with paints and camera, the artists sought to capture the colors and feelings that permeate this unique and magical city with its doors and alleys before heading over the Atlas Mountains to bake and work in the dessert landscapes.
Returning to Singapore after months abroad, the couple now proudly presents their joint exhibition, ‘Moroccan Medley’ at YANG GALLERY Singapore.
