Moon Bathing
by Taksu Singapore
Location: Taksu Singapore
Artist(s): Tony TWIGG
Date: 3 Nov - 22 Nov 2012

TAKSU Singapore is honored to present Moon Bathing, the third solo exhibition by Australian artist Tony Twigg with TAKSU. Tony Twigg is well known for his found timber sculptures. Twigg has chosen a constant like the moon as his inspiration for this exhibition, a poetic anchor despite location, belief or aesthetic preference. Comprised of Twigg’s timber wall sculptures, Moon Bathing echoes the moon’s movement and shimmer, both in the surface of these paintings and their physical construction. For this solo exhibition, he will be showcasing 19 new signature timber wall sculptures.
